Lunch turned into a new adventure; with a full house, we feasted on a smorgasbord which consisted of the following: rice & lentils with artichoke hearts. Baby bella, edamame, sugar pea, and onion stir fry. Oregano tempeh with julienned red onions. Quinoa with vegan boullion. & Tori's famous guacamole with habanero from the porch; muy calientE!

After an afternoon of fiddling with ones and zeros, tex-mex was the choice. Can you have tex-mex on vegan day? Yes, of course: black bean "boat," 86 the sour cream, 86 the cheese; add avacado. Be sure they don't cook with lard; most use vegetable oil these days.
Will the dream continue? What about the bees that turned into a sandstorm...
