A Comfort Food Recipe: Skillet Cabbage

4 Cups Shredded Cabbage
1 Green Pepper, shredded
2 cups diced celery
2 large onions, sliced thinly
2 tomatoes, chopped (or you can substitute for canned )
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon (approx.) Cavender's Seasoning
Cracked black pepper and Sea Salt to taste

Combine ingredients in large skillet. Cover. Cook over medium
heat for 15 minutes or longer, if needed. Serves 6

Some like to add a pinch of sugar to this dish as it cooks, I
skip the sugar in favor of red pepper for a kick. I also like to add
a few stalks of chopped kale.
