What's In Your Breakfast?

For me, there were no pesticides or animal products. Try this potato saute dish; goes well with fried baby-bellas as well.

2 Large red potatoes
1 medium onion
1/2 green pepper
2 tablespoons canola oil
1/4 tspn oregano
1/4 tspn basil

Slice the potatoes razor-thin, or to about 1/16" thick; a sharp knife helps but don't stick yourself like I did! Chop the onion, and slice the green peppers (but reserve for later.) Get the oil med-hot, and add the potatoes and onions, flip often to brown each side evenly. Once this is cooked to your liking, add the green peppers, spices, and seasoning. Once the green peppers reach desired texture, you are done.
